Age Restriction: Passengers must be of legal drinking age in the respective jurisdiction to buy the Happy Hour Beer package. Valid ID is required upon boarding.

Children: Children must be under parental supervision at all times to join Beer on Wheels.

Prohibited Items: The following items are strictly prohibited on Beer on Wheels: illicit drugs, weapons, and any items deemed hazardous by the staff.

Route Changes: Beer on Wheels reserves the right to modify routes or schedules without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to road closures, weather conditions, or safety concerns. Alternative routes will be given upon boarding.

Intoxication Policy: We encourage our passengers to drink responsibly while on Beer on Wheels. Generally, any individual found to be excessively intoxicated or causing disruption will be removed from the bus at the discretion of our staff.

Safety Guidelines: Passengers must adhere to all safety protocols established by the Beer on Wheels staff. This includes remaining seated while the bus is in motion. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any passengers who violate these rules or exhibit disruptive behaviour.

Alcohol Consumption: Alcoholic beverages served onboard are exclusively for consumption on the Beer on Wheels only. Passengers are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages from Beer on Wheels off the bus.

No Outside Beverages: Outside beverages are not permitted on Beer on Wheels, except for water containers and non-alcoholic beverages that Beer on Wheels provides.

Damage: We reserve the right to charge passengers for the cost of any damage caused to the vehicle or equipment.

Photography and Media: By boarding Beer on Wheels, passengers consent to the use of their likeness in any promotional materials or media coverage related to the experience on Beer on Wheels.

Authority of Staff: The Beer on Wheels staff shall have final authority and reserves the right to refuse service or remove any passenger for violation of these terms or for the safety and enjoyment of all passengers.

Respect the Society: Passengers are expected to treat fellow passengers, staff, and property with respect. Any behaviour deemed offensive or inappropriate will result in immediate removal from the bus. During traditional ceremonies, passengers must respect the ceremony by turning off the music and not making any noise.

Shots Terms and Conditions are separate from Beer on Wheels tour terms. By purchasing the shots menu, customers accept the Shots Menu Terms and Conditions.
