Refund Policy

Online bookings are refundable in cases like severe weather and governmental instructions. But if you would like to cancel the trip 7+ days before the trip starts, we are happy to refund it fully.

If you cancel within 2-7 days before your tour, we will happily reschedule it to when it suits you.

Unfortunately, if you cancel 48 hours before the trip starts, we will not refund the trip nor reschedule unless we can rebook your seats.
